MASCOT 2011 Ukraine

MASCOT CAMP
MASCOT (Mykolaiv Art Summer Camp Of Teamwork) is an English Language immersion camp with a strong international partnership. Each year, the camp is held in Mykolaiv and focuses on inspiring creative action within its participants. MASCOT is all about making funny, crazy, important and inspiring possibilities a reality – every camp year is slightly different with different activities and creative classes. MASCOT Camp is a three-session program in Mykolaiv focused on using creativity as a venue for social change. It is the fundamental value that through a creative approach towards civic action, it is possible to create community projects which respond directly to their community. By combining art and volunteerism, new ideas and new projects become possible. The 10 days of camp will include learning new skills, making a new network of friendship, and many interesting activities. In 2011 year, 100 students will contribute their time and energy in developing skills to serve civil society.
