Inter-city Leadership Seminar

The Inter-city Leadership Seminar is a unique opportunity for young people to express their leadership skills & gain new life knowledge and experience.

This project is targeted on youth to create their personal and community future.

This Seminar was already held in 4 cities (even regions) of Ukraine:

Everything started from TERNOPOL where ILS took place on February, 9.
Then it moved to KHARKIV and lit the city on February, 23.
KYIV was inspired on the first day of spring (March, 1)
And the last station for ILS became MYKOLAYIV.

Totally the program was delivered to about 200 students. The results of one day program were unexpectedly great! Each participant was offered to take the first step towards his problem that day and 40-60 students of each city simultaneously took their actions.

As a result by the end of the day the importance of one single person was so much appreciated and the idea of changing the world by one person was so much perceived.

People did things they couldn’t do in usual life; their potential inner power was finally exploded but only in positive way.

ILS can not possibly end - this project influences peoples thinking and attitude towards the world we live in.

It was organized and took it origin from Anya Bespalaya and Alya Babkina and a great coach Edward Riehl this time, but the next time it is supposed to be organized by these people’s change.

ILS can not stop, it grows and it goes! Soon you also will catch the Wave!
