Application Process for IOC 2009 Armenia

Application for IOC 2009 consists of both an application form and a personal interview.

International Students:

Application deadline is 31 March 2009.
You must be between 17 and 22 years old on July 14, 2009 to apply.
Costs :
$650 US for all international students:
Note: We will be seeking grants to reduce costs, and we will post changes as they occur!

Read the Participant Agreement information (this includes Participant Agreement, Medical Form and Authorization for Treatment) and the Code of Conduct on the website. If you are accepted, you will need to agree to follow the Participant Agreement and Code of Conduct. You only need to read these forms right now.
Send only the completed application(s) by email to outreachcamp@yahoo.com
You will be contacted within 1 week to confirm your application has been received.
An interview will be arranged for you either by phone or in person.
Final selections will be announced on 1 May 2009.
Payment is due on 15 May 2009. See www.iocoaltion.org for payment information, as this is being adjusted as we receive grants.

Read the Code of Conduct . You will need to agree to follow the Code of Conduct if you are accepted. You do not need to do anything with this form now.
